Garden bin and skateboard.
Discussion
Last year we were in Houx,
We bought along a paddling pool but had a bugger of a time filling it as we were nowhere near the taps arranged around the edge of the site.
In the end we filled the pool on a tarpaulin and dragged the bugger to our tent (as pictured)
This year we're in Tertre Rouge, which I presume has the same setup, but I've had a blinding idea on how to get the pool(s) filled this year.(I'm planning more than one with some sort of slide).
Get to Carrefour and buy a big 80L garden bin, and aquire a skateboard or some sort of trolley and just wheel the fecker from the tap to the chosen watersport area! By my calculations, a pool of the size featured should only take 5/6 bins to fill it.
Just thought I'd share my new found wisdom in case anyone else had the same problems last year.
Cheers
Dave
