FM3 logos and vinyls

Just seen the wiki with stickers and logos people have made. 2 questions if anyone knows the answer please

1) how do i download these? is it searchable on the storefront by username?

2) how do i make my own? i have made a few vinyls, but i'm assuming people haven't made a nurburgring sticker etc with the pre set shapes provided? is there a way to upload jpegs or something into the game?
