forza 3 v forza 2

Ok, so I've made an adaptor for my g25 pedals so i can use then with that terrible xbox wheel, and dragged out the copy of forza 2..

Is it really worth me spending 40 quid on forza 3

anyone know what uk circuits they have, is the game play better?

I`m just an casual gamer, put Forza on every once in a while and dont bother online much. I got bored with Forza2 pretty quick and didn`t go near it for 12 months. Then fell into the hype of Forza3, rushed out and paid £38 for the same game I`d just sold on ebay for a tenner.

Played `3` for a couple of hours and it just seems very similar to `2`.

Saying that some people love it but I find its a bit too arcade and I have no interest in `painting` etc

Well if you have a wheel Graham, its well worth it. The handling is improved (i think).
If you mainly play COD or Guitar Hero, then it probably wont appeal. As with most games you get more out of it the more you put in (especially as there are so many areas to exploit).
Only you really know how much you are going to play a career based racing game or how much online racing you will do.

I mainly play CoD and love Guitar Hero, and I've been a fan of Forza ever since the first on the original Xbox.

Just thought I'd get that out there. When a game like Forza or GH gets released, it doesn't really matter what game taste you have, you like them because they're unique and keep you playing.

Yes - Forza 3 reminded me of Forza 2 - but if you look deeper at the in-depth changes Turn 10 have made this time around, they've effectively combined 1 & 2 and added a few extra goodies, more customization and a wider choice of cars. If I were in charge, I'd have done the same thing.

I mainly play racing stuff and GTA iv. Im havent got into the online stuff much yet, mainly as its an arse to connect up the xbox ( i refuse to pay 50 quid for a crappy wireless adaptor) i only used my 3 month online subscription 3 times, and that was mainly to get some forza 2 cars that someone had painted to match my proposed livery...

I tried cod a few times online on my ps3 but got board of that after 5 mins as well.

I'll admit to having a fairly serious rig mind, complete with fia approved seat and g25/xbox wheel

does anyone know what UK circuits are on forza 3. IIRC Forza 2 only has sillystone and Grid(ps3) donny

3 has better graphics, better sound, better handling, more cars, more tracks plus the must have in cockpit camera. The best racing game ever on console(till next year).
