Anyone know of any particularly good ones?

Best i've got so far was this... would like something in the background to compliment the dark colour etc...

Brighton Marina at stupid o'clock, particularly with the lights on the roads leading in/out of the marina. If you can park up there when it's quiet, you'll nab one hell of a picture. I would've done the same had I not decided to try it at 2am on a Saturday night, still too busy at that time!

& there are 1-2 sections around there which allow you to take particularly good shots with the sea behind you.

The hills around Devils Dyke too?

There's quite a lot of graffiti'd walls in Brighton nr to the Lanes, might be worth a punt?

Not really Brighton but what about Shoreham where the old cements works are ?? Loads of old buildings with broken windows, a good photographer could turn it into something pretty decent i'm sure.

Cement works is a no-no, tried to get permission to do a shoot there a year ago, got told it would never happen in a million years.

Cheesy as it sounds, Maderia drive is good at night with the arches that are illumated, but trying to find time when its quiet is a bit of a mission.

Opposite the main cement works building is a side road - if you follow it round, there is an area used by busses & coaches that's very rough & ready and industrial that might be worth a look. You shouldn't have any issues being in there if you keep out of the way of the drivers.

Also maybe try round shoreham docks - lots of concrete etc.
