I've just had a message from a guy online don't do online racing because he's heard of poeple being banned until the game come out tomorrow! has anyone else heard of that or is it just bullst! stumpyalan

not true...prob a rumour started by some bitter little scotsman who hasnt got it yet



seriously though

they were banning people with dodgy means playing it before last weekend ....if you have a legit version there is NO problem

Can confirm that some people have been banned but as Y2 says this was due to them using some of the 'pirated' copies that made it out into the world (all of which are traceable so don't even think about it).

As of last weekend legitimate copies were in the hands of many people within the trade and they were trying out the online gaming.

what the piracy head at microsoft said was as long as u've obtained ur copy by legitimate means and have a receipt to prove it - we're fine with that - we'll only punish/persue the supplier not the user.
