I have processed this shot two different ways. Can't decide which I like more.

First, is more natural and closer to what I saw with my eyes:

Second one has gone a bit nuclear biggrin. I like it, but is it too much?

Any preferences? Or other suggestions for processing?

God the first one is soo much better, especially as that is basically what you really saw. No need to change fantastic natural colours.

1st one is definitely better.

2nd one looks like it should have a yellow italic print across it, saying "Wish you were here!" or "Skegness" or something! Looks like an 80's postcard!

hehe

I though that too. I used to work in a shop selling postcards. You could have retired on that if it had a pier in it.

Bush has been shaved hehe!

I feel it makes the picture look cleaner, but gives it less depth.

And here it is "straightened" - in reality the original is straight though. The coastline wasn't straight.

Better? Worse? Pointless?

I think the bush added a bit of foreground to it.

I would leave the Bush in it adds foreground interest and a bit of depth to the image.
