Speeding - Moi!
Discussion
If there is a traffic cop reading this who pulled a Tuscan on Friday night around 11 pm - you know who you are - let me start by thanking you. You and I both know you could have made life a lot more difficult for me.
Any way what I am really asking advice for is this scenario:
If, supposing, I had an SP30 that I had signed with a copper, in the back of his car, at around 11 pm on Friday night - without admitting any guilt - and that SP30 had the wrong time on it (20:40 instead of 22:40) for the occurence of the alleged offence - at which point I was in a restaraunt - would that SP30 still stand??
There are two completion errors on the SP30, the time of the offence and my DOB - where he input todays date in error.
I should present my licence at a local police station for £60 and 3 points. However I wanted to check on the validity of the SP30.
Over to you.

I believe the ticket is invalid due to the error stated. i.e. you can prove you weren't there at that time!
"Your honour... if the time is wrong, then perhaps the speed could have been wrong too?" haha.
Try this website, it might explain the issuing of tickets (sorry, didn't have time to check!). If not, its a damn good website anyway.
