First flash - now what?

I've got my first proper flash - Sony HVL-F56AM.
So far I've been bouncing it, and used wireless TTL to light up some extreme macro shots (12:1 macro on a steady table!)
Can anyone recommend a good "project" to get to grips with some of the more advanced features?
