sad S2 buyer

I have a nice S2 for sale on pistonheads, someone from Bristol said would come to view Sat am and would I wait in for them, yes I did and did they turn up, NO, did they telephone NO, there are some really sad people out there and I hope they read this post.

I am afraid that's entirely (ab)normal behaviour.
When I had my S3C for sale, I had the same, but worse I think is that people even came and viewed, drove and then did not get back to me despite saying they would.
Loads of emails as well....
It's not easy selling, but the right buyer will come along eventually...
Be patient and be prepared for more of the same

yep, watch out for joy riders too

some people spend their weekend picking cars they want to drive in Auto trader, it can even be a competition for the best car they can drive that weekend.

Thanks fellow TVRers, helpful and considerate as ever, have now received deposit fom Jon of Manchester, flying down Sunday to take my loved S2. Sorry to be leaving and thanks to all but I am now going to join the Chimaera ranks. Big grins to you all, Pete
