David Free on TV

David Free starts his new series on Discovery Home Leisure at 10 p.m. on Wednesday! The Great British Wood Shop.

For those that don't know David is a Corvette owner!
He has a gorgeous blue C3 chrome bumper convertible that Eric the Brave (and others) lusts after.

David regularly goes to Le Mans, his only downside is that he is an Aussie!

Also on TV,,tonight there is a program on C4 tonight which is 1st of a four part series called'Spitfire Ace' where 4 pilots are given the same 9 hours training that a Battle of Britian airman recieved in the last duel-seater trainer

Sad man that I am, I have already happened across Daves programmes on Home and Leisure where I observed him making a very nice wooden box for a beer cooler and a cover for a radiator (house variety.) Seriously though, if you are inn to woodworking it looks like it could be a goood programme. Only trouble is that by the time you have bought half of the tools that Dave has, you could have bought the item or even had Dave make it for you for less.

I am sure that David will make a total success of this venture, not least because of all of the hard work he has put in. Maybe he will become a TV superstar and get bored with his Vette and sell me the gorgeous beast.
