Nissan charging for imports

My local Nissan dealer (Marshall Cambridge) have informed me that they have been instructed by Nissan HQ to charge £25 before they search there computerised system for imported car parts.
Just when I thought manufacturers were getting more import friendly this happens. It wont be long before they start charging you to enter their showrooms.
Nissan deny this has happened, I rang them, but I have been infomed that this is not the case. Someone is telling porkie pies.
Marshalls also have Jag, Seat, Land Rover, Vauxhall, Suburu, Chrysler, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Citroen, Toyota, Honda, and Peugeot franchises in cambridge so it wont be long before this applies to them also.
