0-60 in 3.6 today. Video proof

They had a 0-60 mph camera in the right hand lane at York today.
I was hoping for 3.7 but ran 3.63 twice so it wasnt even a fluke.
Looking forward to getting my nitrons fitted and seeing what will happen at Santa pod on Nov 1st.

It certainly squats down, prety awesome.

dbv8 I assume Nitrons will be stiffer shocks and might actually give you slower times as the weight stays more level.

That was my Cerbie..... I just couldn't get it to launch properly. Best was a 12.7 @ 113mph, 0-60 of 4.5secs. I think the car's got a good time in it, but with another driver

Derek launches his Chim brilliantly, pleased to say I watched that 3.6 second 0-60, I seem to remember the ET was good as well on that run.

I ran 11.7 @ 121 when i finally managed a run with 3 decent gear changes!
No pb but very happy and what a glorious day we had. It wasnt too busy so might be a good date next year for a TVR shootout. I learned my lesson earlier this year with Easter Sunday being the busiest date in Yorks calendar.

I should edit that... the 12.7 was 108, the 113 was a later run, which makes me think there's grounds for improvement

Did you see/meet Andy ? He arrived in his Cerb, but wasn't running.

Any idea what power that Silver/Grey Scirocco is running ?

I didnt see the other cerb or the scirroco.
Too busy messing with my own car and eating burgers maybe.

My day started at 7:30 and i got home at 8pm just in time for x factor... nice.
Had an underbonnet mishap on the way home but after a few roadside repairs got home with some wierd noises from the engine!
Will be investigating this week

Probably a stupid question... but HOW does a 0-60 camera work???

not the same as a straight forward Gatso obviously. It could get a signal from the start line when you cross a beam, but how does it know when you've got to 60????
