fantastic looking exhaust, but bin the clamp, they are horrible things. They distort the face areas and rust and then need cutting off.
These are lovely, stainless and clamp the same pressure all around the pipe

Regarding the clamp; unfortunately, the U-bolt is the only design that works - it clamps. It keeps the exhaust tips where they should be - I like that. The circumferential type just don't exert enough pressure - they look good though. I've sourced these heavy-duty designs with a good galvanised coating which, with their relatively protected positioning on the car, means a reasonably long life.
Anyway, had a bit of a late night, roof off blast and the sound is incredible. Perfect low range growl / snarl increasing to a SCREAM on cam. It sounds purposeful and powerful and the small tunnels I have done are wonderful. This is the best a 4 pot is going to sound!Edited by Gooby on Monday 21st September 13:37

Talk to a shop that works on USA muscle cars.. These U-clamps can be sourced in stainless steel too and these guys often have 'em.Jim Valentine said:
