V8S change in to reverse

Have had some ratteling sounds when change to reverse, it hapends frome time to time. What can be wrong?

The LT77 gearbox on the V8 is known as being a bit of a cruncher going into reverse, they all do it.
It can help to select another gear first with the clutch down, then select reverse.
