I trust you, but so far all I can see is lots of waffle and no actual numbers - I'll keep looking. I'm interested because I'm too mean to spend the £360 + on an aquamist system, I'm sure there's a cheaper way to do this!

Not totally sure on this, however the figures of around 3 bar for the liquid gas propellant type ones and 6 bar for the pressurised water based ones seems to ring something in the back of my head but I can't be certain I'm not talking total cr*p either.
Aquamist? is it an aftershave your after?? or charge air-cooling or that thing that Alfa tried (or was it Volvo?)where the atomised petrol forms a skin around water droplets for better burning? or am I talking cr*p again!!!!!!!!

Asked at work today as we have an 'oracle' who's into trivia and reckons that there are two types of pressurised cans available in Europe. One is rated at a test pressure of 12 bar whilst the other is 18 bar. I would assume that working pressures would be about half of that. How you tell them apart I do not know.
What sort of pressures are you looking at? and at what volumes?
Have you considered an old (expended) fire extinguisher body, you must come across this at sprints 
Let us know exactly what you are up to and get on. Come to think of it shouldn't it be SHPUB doing this kind of thing, its a bit HEATH Robinson
