Photoshop Elements change?

I have finally had to update my version of elements from 2.0 to 7.

One of the most useful things on 2.0 was the ability to use "fill-Flash" as a quick remedy to a dark face etc, can anyone tell me how to get a similar effect in version 7.0, I've tried everything I can see.

Is it under shadow/highlight in the adjustments menu?

(I'm going off Photoshop CS2 though so it may be different)
