Ted's URL works if you copy and paste into Internet Explorer. It only fails is accessed via Pistonheads

Ted, I've tried the full http:// malarky and it still don't work.

I didn't work for me either... But strangely I was able to use 'Save target as...' successfully (right click menu).

I remember that car.
If I remember correctly, it was only cleared up to 40mph or those lovely lights would fly off.
So if you get stopped by that thing, you are really unlucky.
First it must start
Second, the cop must be between donuts
Thirdly he's got to get his head back through that window somehow
And finally, he has to be able to find something wrong with your progress below 40mph.
