On the Ad front (and having sold something similar earlier in the year in less than 24 hours for more money, less miles but less upgrades).
Playign Devil's advocate and reviewing as a potential buyer I would recommend you add ALL the service history; i.e. Date, Mileage, type of service, garage. If that's regular and "straight" it would strongly suggest to me that I was purchasing from a buyer that cared.
Ironically some of your performance upgrades may frighten people that are just looking for a well sorted weekend toy because they will not understand the benefit. It could suggest a track day fanatic and a perception that the car may have been hammered.
So you may wish to dial down the detail so they are just listed as bullet points and put the more important ones first. A serious buyer if interested int he upgrades will ask more techie questions offline.

Grinders, take your points on board but the car is what it is: Not long ago I had a very good ffirm offer on the table but declined it as I didn't think I'd need to sell - kicking myself now.
Its noty an abused car but I wouldn't mislead and suggest it hadn't been tracked - a quick searcxh of my posts here and on Seloc would tell a prospective buyer otherwise. I've just tried to highlight that the car is a well sorted road and track Elise that's had a lot of recent and potentially expesnive work done. A set of Nitrons and a complete suspension refresh would cost the wrong side off £3k so its effectively a reliable Elise with a good interior and other odds and sods for £6k.
