Slightly odd Photoshop challenge

[miniman]

For some reason that I daren't even attempt to understand, my mother would like herself removed from a photo of a vague relation so that she can print it out for their daughter or aunt or something.

I have removed her, but have run out of talent when it comes to reconstructing the old dear who is the unwitting subject of this frankly creepy venture.

Can any help?

Why not just crop the picture?
