Very good pictures of the September Raby show. Nice to see my red 1979 Lotus Esprit S2 included in the picture set. This was the first show I have attended with it, so pleased to see it has made some impression on other petrol heads!

Your Lotus was very nice. It's always good to see an Esprit, in whichever version. One of my all time favourite motors.

Great pictures, especially of the TVRs. Also thought the Esprit was beautiful, always prefered the sharper earlier ones.

Did you get a picture of that stunning grey Jaguar MPH special which was on the Jaguar club stand, it was stunning.

Hi Broadside. Interesting to note that while my son was taking these photos, it was the wedge that was getting all the attention. It always seemed to have the largest crowd around it despite being amongst more modern TVRs. I also heard it start from the other side of the arena as I was arriving. I think you were taking it into the show ring at that point. It an instantly recognisable exhaust note. But perhaps I'm biased.
