Anyone else unable to order from photobox?

Currently having issues with Photobox when placing orders. It isnt machine related or browser related as it occurs here and at work on both IE and firefox. What happens is when I get to the checkout I enter my billing and delivery address click next and it just seems to refresh the page after a few seconds.

Have tried setting delivery to the billing address, nothing at all seems to work. Its happened on a creation I've made today and happned at work the other week. Slightly confused now and unfortunately it appears they are not opne on saturdays so unable to speak to them earlier. Anyone else had similar?

Not had that problem, but I've had several problems with their site recently... I had a credit balance that dissapeared, npt able to get stuff into the 'basket' etc... so they are having some probs.

cheers, bit of a pain after creating two different books and unable to order them. Now having to look at somewhere else that can link into flickr and start the process which is a real pain

Thay wouldn't have started work on them till tommorrow a.m. so a call in the morning would probably sort it.

found out the error, I had not put a space in the postcode for my billing address

an address that was automatically stored from my first order and used ever since. It just repeatedly threw up the same page but with no error message, they apologised and said it should give you a prompt but it doesnt. I didnt question why a previously working address no longer worked but it does now by putting a space into the post code
