Im going to buy 1.5 negative arm, and Bushes, maybe adjustable tie rod.
What kinds of bushes should i buy?
there is so many types
And my front hubs need new bearing. I got spare front hubs, lying about.
is all disc brake hub same design?
is there any changes to hub?
Is there any stronger bearing for 13" wheels which i can buy anywhere?

All disk hubs are the same, except metro ones. The wheel bearings are the same but they will give you positive camber if you but the hubs on a mini.
I would buy RJ bottom arms with Group A Tie bars. This way you get great feedback throught the steering. Not the cheapest option and will require setting up correctly but a great start to perfect set up

The only decent bearings to fit are the Timken taper rollers, as fitted to the Cooper S/1275GT etc. The Metro bearings are plain ball races IIRC and not as strong.

If you're going for 1.5 lower arms, get the tie bars too. I have to say that minispares are the best option for bushes, get the first level uprated ones, not the really hard ones. Polyurethane ones are too hard, but do come in a range of bright colours...... You should be able to set it all up well enough by eye to get to someone who can check it out properly.
Mini bearings are all the same, taper-roller, metro ones are indeed ball-races for lower rolling resistance and lower cost. There are no "uprated" bearings that I know of.
