Transferring Gamesaves from pc to ps3 via USB *help*

Hi, i am trying to transfer a gamesave from PC to PS3 via a USB and i am having trouble finding out how to do it, any help would be greatly appreciated,

Sorry to be a bit of a cock :P but i still cant get it onto the GT5P game, i dont really know what to do.

If its already on the usb stick in the above path. then put the usb in the ps3.. then go to game>game saves or something like that and press triangle and "copy" the game save...
