Hello. How do I fit 4 point belts to a 2000 Tuscan. Any recomedations as to type, and where can they attach ?

No idea, but if you do find out, post it on here, this question has come up once or twice before and no one has ever given a solution - yet

I don't think you can to be honest - as far as I know, there aren't any suitable mounting points on the chassis to fit the shoulder straps.
