Fool that I am I managed to scratch the bodywork of my silver 993TT and kerb one of the wheels at a Burger King drive-thru while fiddling with my wallet!!! Idiot I know, but can anyone recommend a good official or un-official Porsche body repair shop in South West London?

There is an official one in Croydon. Look in 911 and Porsche world, there is usually an ad. I'll post this evening (when I get home) if you can't find it.

Craig - No, that wasn't me - luckily my scratch is on the front passenger side wheel arch and is only around 2cm x 1cm but that combined with the mark on the wheel was enough to p?ss me right off!

UltraViolent - cheers for that - I've found the place you're talking about and I'll ring them later for the bad news.

Try Bee Gees in Chessington. They specialise in exotics and they had a 911 in there last time I was having some work done.

In case anyone's interested, Chandler Stuart in Croyden, who are an official Porsche repair centre, collected my 993TT and carried out the repair to my front wing and wheel at a cost of £185 inc VAT. Excellent service and results which included valet. I would definately use them again should I be daft enough to hit a burger king drive-thru wall!!!
