Don't know where he's been, but he's back!!

Luckily he's sticking to the ceiling at the moment, as with four cats in the house I don't think he'd last long if he decides to migrate to the floor!



p.s. forgive the grubby hand, it's only there to provide scale.

I'll take your word for it. wink I've always referred to them as house spiders, and find them absolutely fascinating.

It's coming into season for them.
The ones you see about are the smaller males, looking for some action.

I remember jackhammering out a concrete road near a grassy embankment a couple of years ago, and when i looked up, i could see spiders everywhere heading over the where i was breaking out, following the vibrations of the hammer!

It was a little un-nerving in a twilight zone kinda way to see hoards of spiders running to their death
