What rucksack?
Discussion
I've got the Tamrac 5 and find it excellent. I've had others but the Tamrac, for me anyway, is the most comfortable and doesn't get too hot on my back...
I guess it will depend on what equipment you'll be carrying around. My Tamrac 5 carries my Canon 40D, 70-200 f2.8, Sigma 10-20mm, Canon 17-55 f2.8, 1.5x and 2x extenders, filters, batteries, lens & sensor cleaning kit, cards, cables etc etc.

Might be too big but I bought a Lowepro Fastpack 350 the other week due to getting sick of just bunging my camera/lenses/filters etc in a normal rucksack and worring about the camera all the time.
Like I said it's a good size, will take my camera (400d) with four lenses no problem in the camera/lens bit. That leaves the top bit available for any chargers, cables, lunch, drinks, waterproofs, phones and so on. There is also space for a 17 inch laptop (or anything else you can sqeeze in). Fairly easy to carry a tripod as well (clasped in the flap on the rear which goes over the camera/lens bit) although I do think they should have a dedicated holder on one side for one. You can also access you SLR relatively quickly.
I used it on Saturday for a good hike (7hrs) around Borrowdale valley and found it very comfy. More to the point it didn't make my back sweat like my old rucksack did! It also remained totally waterproof despite the odd downpour whereas my old allegedly 'outdoor' rucksack leaked through the zips.
Cheeper than what you are looking at as well (£56.39 on Amazon)

^ ^ +1. I have the Fastpack 350 too. I do a fair bit of walking and find it can easily carry all the gear plus waterproofs and sarnies without and problems. Really easy to get the camera out without putting the bag down too, very handy.
