Looking for a suggestion from the PH massive on this one, as the title says.

My Dad is unfortunately getting rid of his Elise and some spares are also going. There are 3 very lightly worn MMC discs (15k miles) one brand spanking new and one scored (borderline on whether it's useable).

He'd prefer to avoid ebay so if anyone has any suggestions then they'd be very welcome.

Should have really said sell lol. Throwing away MMCs seems a bit mad considering they are pretty rare.

Where's Seloc?

Do you have the pads to go with them or just the discs ? and do you have any piccies please ?

I'd send you an email but it won't let me as I've just registered frown

Seloc is here - http://forums.seloc.org if you'd rather go that way

Try googling SELOC??
I've cross posted this thread to Seloc for you but it would be worth registering and putting an ad in the classifieds.

I'd be interested in buying these too or at least two usable discs

Hello, Seloc is one of the more active lotus forums. Its worth the effort registering and selling your discs on there. I have just sold a full set of discs and pads one disc was scored. And they went for £350 thanks to one of the helpful guys on there advising me on price. There is a set of discs on there in the classifieds for £400. Stick to whatever price you set and do not include postage. I was directed to a courier site and it was £8.

That's crazy money. Just yesterday I bought new front and rear Lotus cross drilled disks and mintex 1144 to suit for £400.

And? You can't get new MMC discs anymore so people who want to continue using them keep the price up.
