Not 100% sure if the thermo fans swich in my radiator is working.
I ran the car up to temp for a good while when I was filling the coolant system and the fan didn't kick in, shorted the connections to the switch and the fan worked fine.
I'll check it again at the weekend, what the best way?
Also what is the part number for a new one?

If its the push in type found the cheapest here when i replaced mine, came complete with new seal and arrived the next day.

If you have the screw in type then on mine it was a standard 22mm switch. These are available in various temperature ratings from someone like Car Builder Solutions ( http://www.cbsonline.co.uk/fans-206-c.asp ) and any other retro or kit car part supplier.
