Quickshift Gear levers

I would like to fit a quickshift gear lever to my S3C, I've seen them for a type 9 box from Rally Design but I think the actual gear lever itself might be a bit too long, is the TVR one shorter than a standard type 9 lever, has anyone here tried it ?

Seriuosly though the S gearstick is modified so that it is further forward than would be if it came straight up. Its so dumpy can't imagine how you could change gear any quicker (or why you'd need to) ?

I think it would be too far back and much too high, yours is already modified see pic below

I remember ages ago Adrian Venn at Exactly TVR had one for sale on e bay - it may be worth giving him a call.

Thanks for your help guys, I didn't realise it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. I've always thought the throw was a bit too long but now I know it's a "modified" TVR partI think I will just leave well alone.
