OH and I are looking to take a week's holiday in November, and I'm after some interesting suggestions please.

Done a few city breaks and a beach type holiday already this year, so would like something different.

My initial thoughts were somewhere in Africa (I like warm rather than cold!), don't want to travel too far for just a week. No idea what the weather is like then as I haven't begun to research, but thought about Cape Town, wine tours & the coast maybe.

However it occurred to me that we should have the Exige by then, so maybe a driving holiday would be a good idea. But being November, that may not be the best plan! However, we live in Brighton so ferry from the coast to <wherever> is fairly easy to do. Would even be happy with a UK driving holiday (Lakes? Peak District?) but not sure semi slicks & rain will mix too well!

Haven't really thought about budget, but nothing eye wateringly expensive as we have a house to buy too.

I'd be interested to hear any and all suggestions though!

I'm doing 5 days in North Korea on Nov 17th... should be fairly off-beat, I hope smile

[edit]...but obviously if you don't want to travel far NK is not ideal![/edit]
