interior retrim - where and how much?

Any idea how much it costs to retrim the seats and door panel armrests on a V8S?
Where is the best place to get this done in your experience?
Any pictures (before and after)?

No idea I'm afraid but this is my new gearstick gaiter made from a leather jacket bought for a pound on Ebay

Call a couple of local coachtrimmers and see what they say.
I went to one locally and he quoted £1,000 to refurbish my roof - I would rather wax my Davina's!
I went elsewhere and paid a fraction for a really good job, shop around I guess.

D & C Trim in Blackpool seem to have a good reputation, they are the ex factory trimmers that probably did the original job. Don't know how much it would cost but i'd be very interested to find out! I intend to take our S1 there for a full retrim next year, when i've got over the shock of buying it!

My V8S had a new interior but this was done prior to me purchasing it. Here is some pics . It was not cheap according to the records

One of the local V8s owners here in Blackpool got a quote from D & C. Full leather, new Carpets and new roof was £2500+ I think. I'll check next week if he is at the local club meet.

Interior retrimmed plus upgraded Chimaera seats - approx £1000, Leven alloy bits £150, alloy dials £350, new carpets £250 and this was a few years ago

Leather retrim was £850,if I remember correctly, the Chim seats were £250.

The retrim was done by A&R Pound in Hertfordshire, hope that helps...

Leather retrim was £850,if I remember correctly, the Chim seats were £250.

The retrim was done by A&R Pound in Hertfordshire, hope that helps...

got some prices today from DC trim for S-series
£650 for both seats
£560 for carpets (full set inlcuding fitting..)

if anyone is interested contact Chris
Seemed pretty reasonable to me compared to other quotes

Mannik not compared to A&R Pound, the carpets were fitted for £250 and the full retrim, seats, roof lining, centre console, dash and doors all for around £850, worth a call.
