bad news,but i guess he wasnt gonna recover.Reminds me of Grebeck who died last year drag racing pro 5.0.I recall an article about Lingenfelter in hot rod or car craft not to long ago showing what he had achived ,another sad loss in drag racing.Im as bad as any one but make sure when you go drag racing you have the right saftey equipment as these rules are there for your safety any thing can let go at any time.

Yeah it really is sad to see him leave, after giving so much to the Vette aftermarket, and drag racing scene overall.

I don't think any LPE staff are going to be drag racing (but will continue to make engines etc for other teams), which is good, because LPE has nothing to prove - they already have proven themselves (and still will, with their engines).
