Price Rise...

Hello all...

Anyone heard anything about a price rise? A dealer told me that I should place an order now because list prices "could" go up 2 or 3k on the 2/1/04.

He would say that wouldn't he! It might be true but my sceptical head says 'end of year target to be met'!

I work in sales (not car) and it's a line I've used this month ... didn't work for me either.

I am sure the price lists will not be updated for 3 months so I will have some Consumer Protection Act quotes at the ready.

You won't have much luck if he said 'could'. If he said 'will', or 'would' then you could pursue a complaint if they did not and you had bought on the strength of this.
