Can you play cross Format on COD4/5?

At the risk of getting flamed, is it possible to play CoD4/5 online across formats?

Being kinda new to online gaming I wondered if I (360) can play against someone using their PS3? If so how?

Afraid not. Getting Microsoft and Sony to collaborate will not happen. Even though it is a good idea.

im afraid not mate. PS3 play ps3 only and 360 play 360. good job really as the x box lads would get smoked by the ps3 players.

This is one of the biggest failings of the current consoles IMO

I think some of the Wii players would kick a** as well, given the aiming system used on the wii (it's far easier, at least for me, to aim with a Wii Remote than the PS3 thumb aim system).

Wait until MK4 Slowride gets his PS3/COD4 up and running, the poor lad won't know what's hit him (although it'll probably be one of Kuro's feckin' claymores!)

It would be good if this could happen but I don't think it ever will.

We should be thankful that PC gamers can't play either, the mouse/ keyboard combo would be somewhat an advantage!

Isn't it a bit awkward to play CoD whilst standing on one leg balancing on that small Wii fit platform thingy?
