TVR Crash on news

I know the tvr owner well, He is a good customer of ours, and I was only talking to him about going to Le mans next year with us on Friday. It was a horrific accident and as you can imagine he is deeply distressed, Oddly enough it happened at the end of my road. All my Thoughts go out to the persons involved.

I should start by saying my sympathy goes out to all family and friends and I am
not trying to make light of this.

There has been an update on this story although the reporting is still a little unclear and they do not say whether the man arrested was the Golf or TVR driver.

If this was a head-on crash it must have been very unusual if both passengers needed to be cut free as a head-on would usually be driver-driver side taking the brunt of the impact.

Christ. I know it's the BBC (and therefore not very good), but it says the TVR collided with the Golf, not the other way around....
