It says it is a handle in the trunk which opens the fuellid. Looks kinda nasty in that close-up...

Btw, Dutch (not German which is Deutsch in German)is what the people from The Netherlands/Holland speak. I know it's kinda confusing but you've got your own language to blaim for that

You can get a rough translation by going to http://babelfish.altavista.com and copying that URL into the translate a web page box and picking German to English. The results are usually rather comical, but it's enough so you can get the gist of the text.

You have to Babel this it is priceless! Some beauties include...
"Wheeler mutated before 22 years from the TVR fan to the TVR boss."
"Each TVR is a hard core haven car. "
"Starting from 5000 revolutions it goes correctly forward."
"But also the hardest lead foot is probably more content,"
"the imposante roar from the exhaust will constantly induce pedantische German policemen to examining the noise regulations."
"In the summer should be always driven with gloves, because all aliminium parts on the frame tunnel - particularly the Schaltknauf - become hot dog in common."
