Reward/Compensation and Benefits: How to get into it?

Evening chaps,

I'm hoping the wisdom of PH can help me out here. I've been looking at Reward/Compensation and Benefits as a field I really like the look of, the problem is that I can't find a way into it. The role of Comp and Bens Analyst appeals to me a lot but I can't figure out how to get the necessary experience to get my foot in the door. Currently I work in an in-house occupational pensions dept dealing with three different schemes for a large UK infrastructure company, i've also got good experience of flexible benefits from an out-sourced angle. Any help would be much appreciated!

Try a benefits provider like Thomson Online benefits etc, or a consultancy along the lines of Hewitts, Towers Perrin etc, get exposure to other benefits there, then move back to the corporate world.
