Cheap digicam for in -car footage

Can anyone recommend a digital camcorder for in car footage please? My race car suffers from a lot of vibration (solid mounted engine) so I'm looking for something with image stabilisation (optical rather than digital is better right?) and HD if possible but not essential. Budget up to circa £200.

Ideally would record to SD cards for ease of transfer to laptop.
