In car videos

I decided there were not enough car vids in this place. Far too many arty farty flowers and sunsets (often me I'm afraid).

So here's a thread for some in car (or of car) vid.

I'll start it off with a vid filmed by a PH (Rob G) who was following me round Bruntingthorpe in my Seven. We were both two up, scaring the st out of some visitors. (BTW - We lapped the Noble you'll see (another PH and a very, very good driver) once every three laps)

Nice - given my thread about wind noise and choosing a new camera...what camera are you using for the video...wind noise is low.

'cos I'm just a joe schmoe having some fun ;-) . . . in truth some may say it's a bad habit, but this is not large radius corner circuit racing . . . you need a lot of lock and with very heavy steering . . . it helps to do some shuffling . . .

granted, not in car on a circuit, but I did this yesterday using my newly downloaded Gawker software, and an old USB webcam thingy. Was taking a mate to NY for a job interview, (as the dolt missed his plane), so figured I'd try it on the journey. Didn't quite go as planned, as it was friggin sunny, so it completely glared the webcam, so had to put a pair of sunglasses on it. Seemed to work!

Great vid of your road trip. Only comment, is why wait till what look like the slowest roads to give us the car noises? Looks like your blasting it at the start!

I think the sound was quite poor at the start, at least that's why I think I done it. Or maybe I just ran out of ideas for tunes at the end!
