Got my Sony from www.digiuk.com - and I see they do Iiyama too
AFAIK they are all VGA. Isn't DVI just for Macs?

DVI is universal - it ships video to the TFT digitally rather than in the traditional analogue fashion. The difference is noticeable. That said, DVI can also carry analogue signals as well. Most dual head graphics cards will give you at least one DVI output.
The mac thing you're thinking about is probably ADC - Apple Display Connector. Carries digital video, two USB ports and power, all up the same cable. Lovely

Hello,
I need a TFT monitor for space reasons according to PC pro this is the best at my budget Iiyama ProLite E431S
Can anyone recomend a good place to get one from the net or otherwise?
Also does anyone know what type of DVI cable I need or are they all the same
Cheers
Phil
Phil,
I was looking for one of these but apparantly everyone is out of stock till the New Year, tried my usual suspects (Scan and Dabs) and they both report that Iiyama only shipped a handful initially with the rest to follow in January.
I'm probably going to get a Hercules Prophet 920 DVI instead, little bit more but highly rated by Toms Hardware.
