URGENT: need a Citroen Specialist in the Fife area

I suspect my mum's getting ripped off by Abercrombies in Stirling. My Mum's the typical hesitant old lady driver who knows next to nothing about cars and it makes me mad to think she is being taken advantage of.
I would really like to get in touch with a Citroen specialist in the Fife area to see if they can help.
She took her M-reg Xantia into Abercrombies because a red light came on and the local garage wouldn't look at it. She came out having been told that £1500 worth of work need doing !
They say it needs a new main accumulator, 4 new spheres, new offside rear ram and a new hydraulic pump for £963.86.
Plus a new clutch assembly for £499.62.
My mum thinks labour is included, but I'm not so sure !
I drove the car at Christmas and it was fine apart from a couple of soggy rear spheres which she had replaced. I can't believe all this has failed so spectacularly and all at the same time.
Anybody else think this sounds unreasonable ?
