Scalextric Speed 12's

For slot car fans, spotted some new Scalextric Speed 12 models at slotsandmodels in Bristol (www.slotsandmodels.com). Haven't seen them anywhere else so they may be limited runs. Sold as pairs, one in silver and one in purple, better colours than the previous efforts from Scalextric.

Are they the same Speed 12 models used by the Dorset region for slot racing at the Ringwood center ?

I have a black Speed 12 with working lights. Never going to use it on the track though as it might get scratched doing the jump off my "unfinished bridge section"

Denise bought me the non-stickered TVR Purple Speed 12 a few years ago, but since the track is langishing in the garage it's awaiting the development of a new track in the loft space... for which I think got planning permission from the management for last week. Rich...
