London hotel

Can anyone recommend a hotel in London for a few nights? Have had a look at the Hempel as it has an offer on at the moment. Last time I stayed in London I was at the Hilton on Park Lane, but looking at their rates recently, they seem to have gone up a fair bit.....Ideally parking either on-site or nearby is a must. So please, suggestions!?
