Target Cars....what's the deal?

Just been browsing for M3s and was struck that Target Cars in Eindhoven always seem to have cars cheaper than being asked here in the U.K?

Even for example on this:

This is a UK car? Converting to Sterling this is £15377 ? Seems cheaper for miles, spec and year than many here?

What's the deal with them? Anyone have experience?

Yeah seen a few of these on classifieds. Some of the stuff you'd think they would choose a better backdrop than a shipping yard to take the pics. I wonder where they are aquiring so many UK cars? It screams dodgy but I've no evidence to back up that assumption!

Presumably they're coming to the UK, buying them, and taking them back to NL, taking advantage of the poor £/€ exchange rate at present. That would make the cars cheap in Euros to sell to people in mainland Europe, much like LHD cars are cheaper here than RHD.
