Grateful for opinions on this car please.

Is Phoenix yellow a colour to avoid? I don't mind it but I would if come resale it is worth less!
This car has just had an Inspection II at Brabbs BMW specialist (I think near Warrington), anyone heard of this place?
is the price about right?

I am hankering after an E60 M5 still, but the realist in me thinks that I should wait 12 months for prices to come down a little more. I am about to sell my CLK55 and will need another car and I have always had a soft spot for an E46 M3 'vert.

Thanks

Just IMO but I would have thought it's a good 'look at me' colour for a convertible which should be good for resale.

However I'd be more worried about black leather in an open top car.. however I'm a coupe man myself smile

I am not sold on that colour, its the price which attracted me. I would not want a 'LOOK AT ME' colour. This would be my ideal combo, black and cinnamon leather, is it worth the extra £1800 though?

In my opinion, phoenix yellow looks great on an M3, especially the convertible. The hardtop is also a nice option. Maybe due to the clarity of the picture, but the door mounted tweeters do not appear to have the harmon kardon logo on them, although it states that the car is fitted with this option. Also, no heated seats, which I would always want on a faily driver with leather.

A lot of car for the money, and very sensible mileage for a 6 year old car.

Regards, Gary

I know of BRABBS, they removed my CDV for £20. The owner is an ex BMW technician, never used them for service work so cannot comment. I was happy with their work though. They're in Leigh near Warrington, typical Indy type no frills garage.
