Can anyone recommend any software to grab a frame of video to create a jpg image?
I've just been through some old DV tapes and discovered some underwater footage I took in the Maldives and would like to grab a couple of frames to create a print from.
I use Pinnacle to edit my movies and have grabbed some jpgs off that before now. Studio 10 is the one I've got but I think it's up higher than that now.
Ulead Video Studeo also has a still shot grab feature.
If the video is already on the PC then you could use Power DVD (standard install on many machines) as this has a screen grab function to BMP format, conversio to JPG is very easy.
