Gents,

The original tyres on my E92 M3 were coming to the end of their life and a screw to the front right has confirmed a trip to the new tyre place. The rears are just about toast anyway and I don't want a brand new front right and almost legal front left on the car.

At the moment they're standard Michelin PS2 245/35/ZR19 on the front and 265/35/ZR19 on the rear. My three quetions are;

1. What is a good price to pay fitted for the front and rears (each)?

2. Does anyone have any recommendations for other "better" profiles?

3. What mileage are you guys seeing on the front and rear tyres on the E92 M3?

Friday is going to be expensive.......

Thanks in advance,

GoM

Around £1000 for all 4.
£450 fronts and £550 rears.

I love the size you are using and it is what I use, I sometimes go with 255/35 on the rear and keep the wide front to reduce understeer.

I get around 10-12k miles on the rear and 18k on the fronts.

I have statrted buying tyres off ebay, you can ask the manufacture date as they are on every tyre.
Paid £220 for a pair of PS2 rears with 7mm on them last time and they were 3 months old, and £185 for a pair of fronts with 7.5mm on and 5 months old.

Cheers for the info. Had a tumble weed feeling for a moment. I'm on 14K miles
for the tyres so I can't complain about replacing them. The price I have is OK just seemed expensive for an M3. Apologies for the formatting the Blackberry is a pain in the a*se.r
