Plastic Inspection Pipe Cover?

Some idiot with a lawnmower () ran over a pipe in my back garden.

It's a plastic oval pipe, looks like an inspection cover for rodding the drains or something..

Just the cover destroyed, pipe is all intact. What is this called and where is the best place to buy a new one? Saves me putting a plant pot on it forever.

I am guseeing you are right , it is most likely an access cover for a "Rodding eye"
