Slik Replacement parts (Slik can't provide them!)

[beanbag]

I was very generously given a Slik Able 300 DX tripod by a friend of mine and although the legs are in tip-top condition, the pivot bracket is missing a couple of parts and Slik can't seem to source them for me without buying a whole new bracket!!!

All I need are the tightening handles for bracket itself. Any idea where I can get them from or does anyone here have any spare?!
